Visitor's Center / Tourinform Győr
The building is in the heart of the town. We offer a wide variety of services for our visitors such as interactive exhibitions, ticket sales for events around the area and storage lockers for the visitors’ luggage. Our office is in the heart of Győr, located in the pedestrian street. The main goal of our office is to give information to locals and tourists alike and to promote interest in our city.
The Tourinform Győr office is on the first floor of the Visitors’ Center. We offer up-to-date brochures and information for tourists and locals. Informational material is available in Hungarian, English and German. You can buy tickets for concerts, opera and theatre performances, festivals, exhibitions, sports- and other events.
A conference room is also available in the Visitors’ Center, which can accommodate up to 30 people. Press conferences, book reviews and other programs are often held here.
You can find our gift shop on the ground floor, where you can purchase typical souvenirs of Hungary, Győr and its surroundings.
